New SMD oscillators from Advanced Crystal Technology now add support for 106.25 MHz Fibre Data Channel (FDC) and 125 MHz WAN applications standards, and extend the frequency coverage of ACT’s 9200 series up to 135 MHz.

The ceramic ACT 9200 is footprint- and pin-compatible with industry standard 7 x 5 x 1.7mm SMD oscillators, and available at low cost and short lead time. Standard supply voltage is 3.3V, with a 5V version also available. Standard Stability is ± 50ppm, with both ± 25ppm and ± 100ppm versions available.

Frequencies available begin at 1.5 MHz, with Universal Output as standard up to 75 MHz. Higher frequencies are supported by CMOS outputs, and all versions feature tri-state output enable as standard.

Available in commercial or industrial temperature ranges, the wide range of available frequencies and high frequency stability, coupled with drop-in compatibility with industry standard oscillators, make the
ACT 9200 ideally suited for data communications, instrumentation, test and measurement applications. Other applications include PDAs, PC add-on cards and embedded PC cards.
